Provide a High-Quality Onboarding Experience: Deliver a seamless onboarding process to ensure new users can quickly integrate and excel in their roles.

Strategic Discovery: Conduct high-impact strategic discovery to build a strong pipeline of new business opportunities for Account Executives.

Lead Creative Initiatives: Develop and execute innovative initiatives to optimize and improve team performance.

Stay Updated on the SaaS Landscape: Keep up to date with trends in the SaaS sector and demonstrate the value of our platform in the current market context.

Design an Effective Onboarding Process: Create a process that enables new users to get up to speed quickly in their roles.

Build and Deliver Continuous Training Programs: Develop and execute ongoing training programs and materials.

Collaborate with Team Leaders: Establish relationships with team leaders, gather their feedback, and translate it into clear, actionable steps.

Master Company Products: Become an expert in the company’s products, go-to-market philosophy, and sales methodology.

You are this candidate:

Strong experience in B2B sales and SaaS: Over 3 years as a B2B Account Manager, responsible for meeting quotas and achieving objectives. Direct experience in the SaaS sector, understanding the technological and digital transformation needs of companies.

Exceptional communication and negotiation skills: Proven ability to deliver impactful presentations and build credibility with executives. Experienced in negotiating contracts and managing legal discussions with multiple stakeholders.

Strategic relationship building: Skilled in identifying key decision-makers and influencers within companies, fostering strong and lasting personal relationships.

Results-driven and team-oriented: Proactive, motivated, and organized, with a clear focus on achieving goals and collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

Technical and analytical skills: Excellent analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions, Advanced Excel proficiency for analysis and reporting, Practical knowledge of social media for strategic use, and familiarity with ERP, CRM, and WorkOS systems to optimize business processes.

Ability to manage priorities: Skilled at multitasking, managing diverse priorities, and maintaining focus in dynamic environments.

Strategic consulting experience (as an advantage): Previous experience in strategic consulting, bringing a comprehensive perspective and innovative solutions.
